Abs, Thighs, Bikinis, Sun:

Spring break, heck even summer, is right around the corner, and you still have no time to go workout. But, my friend, the answer is simple: change up your dietary habits a little bit, and you could get big results! This healthy smoothie makes a great quick breakfast or snack and is chock full of healthy ingredients. A combination of frozen chunks of honeydew melon are combined with skim milk, vanilla yogurt and a generous handful of baby spinach helps give this smoothie it’s fresh green color as well as a ton of nutrients. This smoothie is lightly sweet and creamy with a very refreshing flavor!

Honestly – please don’t be put off by adding spinach greens in a smoothie! The flavor of fresh baby spinach is so mild, you won’t even notice it – and the added vitamins help make this honeydew melon smoothie a wonderful healthy and filling drink.

Ingredients

2 cups honeydew, cut into 1-inch chunks and frozen
½ cup fresh baby spinach (you can add up to ½ cup more if you wish)
½ cup vanilla yogurt
2 cups skim milk, plus more if needed
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Add additional milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
