Bomb Ass Meatloaf

The best meatloaf recipe ever!  This traditional meatloaf recipe is just like mom used to make, made with ground beef and a sweet and tangy glaze topping

6 slices white bread, chopped

1 cup whole fat milk

2 lbs leanest cut ground beef

1 cup grated parmesan

1/4 cup pure mayonnaise (binds like egg, Just trust me.)

1/3 cup finely chopped parsley

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp creole seasoning

3/4 tsp black pepper

**For the sauce**

1 1/3 cup ketchup

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp worchestershire sauce

1/2 tsp minced garlic

Cracked Black Pepper to taste


Preheat the oven 350, In a small bowl soak the white bread in the milk until soaked. Make your sauce: In a separate smaller bowl, whisk in all those ingredients. Divide the sauce into thirds, as you’ll layer it in application. Set it aside. In separate larger bowl, combine the remaining ingredients using your hands, making sure to thoroughly mix it well. Add the mixture to a standard sized meatloaf pan, making sure to fill it edge to edge. Add 1/3 of the sauce mixture to the top of the uncooked loaf. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove and add another 1/3 the sauce mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove the loaf, reducing the oven temperature to 325. Add the final layer 15 minutes. Slice and serve with rice or smashed potatoes or whatever lol…
